As much as I wouldn't want to see any #ReFi projects fail, @JustCarbonCom did.
I hope this doesn't tarnish all the good work everyone has done in the #ReFi space.
@JustCarbonCom's 'fair launch' is a joke. This is a case of a traditional market player trying to milk the crypto space and show's their incompetence in 1) modeling an LBP; 2) creating a fair launch; 3) understanding the true value of a decentralized carbon market.

I'm officially carbon negative!
I retired 1000 tons of carbon offsets to cover 50 years of my own expected carbon footprint via the @KlimaDAO offset tool on Polygon

the last couple of days have been some of the toughest period in crypto.
some have taken a huge hit but there are others that have lost almost everything.
let's show some empathy instead of "kicking" those that are down - we are all part of a broader crypto community.

$400K of carbon credits to be bought by @0xPolygon to make it the first carbon negative network 💚
Polygon has retroactively eliminated all of the network’s carbon debt and is going carbon negative in 2022. Polygon teamed up with @KlimaDAO to buy $400,000 worth of carbon credits & also pledged $20 MM in funding to community initiatives as a part of its #GreenManifesto.
