Radical self-awareness: Be aware of what you are good at and where you need help. I am creative… I constantly play mental chess games of building businesses but I know I am not great with numbers so… I get @Wgnr_L to be the finance guru! Build a team around your self-awareness!

So true! Please read it as, on the business side/ops, we tend to complain as to how difficult it’s to work with engineers… maybe it’s because we tend to treat them differently? All humans want to work with great leaders…. @pipe has it with @zallarak , @usmanm and @kainarkamal
One of the most underestimated traits in all organisations I've been in – having a human-centric leader in engineering.
A lot of leadership teams think that it's "job done" once they've made that new prod/eng hire and thrown them into a team.

I don't post enough about the stuff that I use/love... but I met @rahulvohra and @vsodera when they were starting @Superhuman and fell in love with its keystroke shortcuts, design and how it organized my inbox. I just hit 100 weeks of inbox zero in a row!!! Life changing tool!

Couldn’t agree more…. That’s why @pipe trading platform model works… most competitive pricing for companies with recurring revenues driven by investors seeking stable fixed income asset!!!
FinTech consolidation via M&A will be a major trend this year.
Winners: builders of great tech, niche monopolists looking for distribution, cash flow positives
Losers: buyers of fickle growth, balance sheet lenders, high burners
