Had a live, thorough 3 hour code review of the Osmosis emergency upgrade code with several validators! Was quite fun, and got a lot of the code docs & standards improved.
Some ambiguity in gov prop 226 text was pointed out! Lots of code improvements found, and 1 bug squashed!

Because the IBC channel to Osmosis was deactivated on the Terra chain, no more $UST can be sent to Osmosis.
Out of the ~154.7M UST on the Osmosis chain, ~136.4M is currently in liquidity pools.
The Terra blockchain has resumed block production.
Validators have decided to disable on-chain swaps, and IBC channels are now closed.
Users are encouraged to bridge off-chain assets, such as bETH, to their native chains.
Note: Wormhole bridge is currently unavailable.

Just wrote up a proposal on commonwealth to have these incentive changes put to vote on chain as "normal" incentive adjustment proposals asap, independent of any forks or anything else, so they can go into effect after the normal 5 day voting period

6. Unrelated to the proposal, this shows the power of Osmosis where no individuals have to be trusted for the distribution of native incentives. I would have expected junoswap to be built with this in mind.

It's one thing @osmosiszone consistently gets done. It beats competition to the market. Being first counts
RAW has been able to be listed since the contract went live. For some reason @junoswapdex decided not to list it for over a week. They can't expect us to wait forever can they?
Osmosis will happily take the liquidity if they don't want it.
